1.1 Purpose of the Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pkko and its users. Accessing, registering on, or using any service on the pkko platform will be considered full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the pkko platform.

1.2 Scope of Applicability

These Terms apply to all services provided through pkko's website, mobile platform, and any other digital channel. pkko's privacy policy and responsible gaming guidelines are also part of these Terms and are in effect simultaneously.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on pkko, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create the account in your own name and with accurate information.
• Each person may hold only one account.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

2.4 Account Closure & Suspension

pkko may suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or manipulate games.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted on pkko:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet.
• Upay — A fast and reliable mobile payment service.

Transactions through any method other than those listed above are not possible.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount on pkko for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit.
• There must be no suspicious activity on the account.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If pkko suspects that any transaction was made fraudulently, for the purpose of money laundering, or through dishonest means, pkko has the full right to cancel that transaction and suspend the associated account. pkko may also be required to notify the relevant authorities under applicable law.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pkko will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000. The bonus is awarded only once and applies to the first deposit only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus funds — not to the deposited amount. Example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 total wager required, after which earnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on the pkko platform — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• pkko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In any bonus-related dispute, pkko's decision will be considered final.

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

pkko's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to higher tiers is possible through regular and active participation.

5.2 Cashback Terms

Cashback is credited to eligible accounts on a weekly basis. The account must be active and fully verified to receive cashback. pkko reserves the right to change the cashback amount and eligibility criteria, and notice will be given in such cases.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the pkko platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Verified random number generator (RNG) technology is used to determine the outcome of any game. No player may exploit technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkko:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly by using multiple accounts.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error on the platform.

6.3 Sports Betting Terms

For sports betting on pkko, markets and odds may be changed by the operator at any time. If an event is cancelled or abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error, those bets may be voided and the original funds returned. pkko's decision is final in any dispute.
